Project Management
Managing projects isn't just about drawing lines on a timeline; for me, it is the art of guiding teams based on trust, clear communication, and common sense. Rather than following rigid dogmas, I coordinate efforts "nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen" (to the best of my knowledge and belief), aligning our tools to enable human growth and straightforward execution.

Apprentice (Azubi) Mentorship
Guided and mentored our apprentice through several independent mini-projects. Structured their learning curve, helped them decompose technical tasks, and empowered them to confidently take ownership of their own deliverables.
SMS Feature Spec & Preparation
Partnered with a core developer to design and specify a new SMS communication channel feature. Mapped out technical edge cases, gathered functional requirements, and successfully handed the structured blueprint over to the primary core team for smooth integration.
Data Proof of Concept (POC)
Currently spearheading a high-priority Data POC. Coordinating stakeholders, aligning expectations, and managing technical requirements to validate data pipelines and establish a robust reporting baseline.
